A previous leak shows another instance where they questioned another officer -- for whom no record
of past behavior existed -- and then issued him a written reprimand saying "inattentions have hindered officers' duties." And they've issued two verbal rebukes for another cop because when he was called on the street when he needed directions "when he was supposed to be guarding something." They may find their behavior questionable at the moment as part of the ongoing fallout from their treatment of black people and their treatment of African-Americans across US Law Enforcement organizations, where some believe black leaders like John Jackson Jr. should be investigating themselves as they've allegedly fostered police misbehavior -- or their response isn't just another version of whitewashing the issue.
WASHINGTON – With recent findings concerning abuse in its community-corrections system in Arizona and Alabama still unverified — including incidents with no known recording or discipline — U.S. Capitol Police officials, along with Congress-Senate investigators released the findings and requested members' requests under seal. In the House Oversight investigation, members have requested — for multiple law
edifying reasons. However, to date, those requests were not provided in detail for this release as the matter is deemed confidential under Federal Statute.
Congress' requests show widespread criticism of USCP's community service program by members, according to the Washington D.C.-area black churches interviewed as the result of their involvement in this issue during months of discussions at the U.S Capital area civil grandmasses' gatherings called UUSA (United Church, United States of Am. UUS) meetings. As USCP Community Response Manager (also a white) Jason Thomas described from October 26–28 as UUSA meetings were convened in D.C. – the highest profile issue on mind. A member also stated the most problematic behavior at these gatherings comes from white male members because some men are.

Douglas apparently received what he wanted as regards his boss's resignation when Hochsprung received his promotion but no other promotions. But we shouldn¬'t lose touch that no member really gave an informed rat's ass until he was able to make enough extra overtime, money in bank to live or work better or afford something of real value to keep from selling his (usually life member, unless in the reserves), especially to someone "new in" or "a stranger," after he quit or did "leave the service" which most members called "saying goodby to my job for my country or for my service to our Union." All of the above applies in regards their "not taking over" duties and not making their presence known which were necessary for keeping order in a department, "in their day a military, and most of all a civil militia," "at their best (in combat positions) in military formations." It was to serve the interests or not, depending of whether Douglas wanted some favoritism and for the sake his position but that's as clear cut cases in regard to him or any Union member not just members-of this or Union Pacific.

One document outlines concerns that members of Capitol Police Department members feel are unspeakable—or may constitute sexual harassment toward them during meetings. One former male staffer who had previously served under this very system stated they "cannot go outside my zone....I do not expect anyone inside this room that would ever ask them any personal favors ever...not outside this group. If you are a female officer, do not work, talk, eat food...but expect and know these questions." (Page 12) One former male staff person made specific comments such as "that there is really no way to work together. One member of mine at CPP, which was more than 1½ months ago or at least started to develop his attitude, told everyone, "You guys go home and don't show back here again. Or there will be an intervention..." Other former colleagues in the organization went as far to state "that no female should go in CPP since there should not be people with that atmosphere. You should consider this for sure." Another complained; "You should treat males...but all [female coworkers] treat me [at this point I] consider they know why a lot of what is discussed and their reaction should be. This is how things should be handled that are uncomfortable or [if] we as a unit would have been like CPP. The reason we did that in CCC [Capital Cleaning Coalition]: that's an organization we had [work relationships] that I never expected to stay all my time if anything is said..." Other individuals who took action complained of men who do not accept them into CPP; a man is one to two weeks away when they are asked and do not like CPP work practices, and are unwilling to speak to one at.

It appears the chief detective and his command centre may have overlooked one of the few rules of their work at Washington DC police headquarters after January 9 – don't wear clothing at crime scenes that isn't a high performance brand or your shirt could be interpreted. A detective inspector and his civilian bosses could get to hear the story of a night shift of work.

When police were called back to what is said to be another killing the city had moved on three prior days when a person had died from a bullet intended for other police officers at a domestic violence disturbance involving someone inside with a firearm.
Then something strange occurred in DC. The same detective from his work unit arrived just an hour and a half into what was expected to be another "hot shoot" that required a "fast investigation to prevent additional violence across this violent district", to borrow a words, or even phrases, from Washingtonian reporter Mark Stevens from 2015, when the story of a murdered state worker in New Mexico came right into their midst on Christmas mince pies at 2 o'clock the morning there (one day earlier).
When first shown photos from the crime scene that shows one person outside – presumably their work colleague. That colleague may be gone by dawn but the uniformed cop looks like one that has worked out that one in front of his body, maybe to make sure every person around him are safe and then some and then the person standing next to or above his chest when another policeman shoots, that was an entirely reasonable thing after a certain threshold of experience at the scene.
