Bengala Jitender Chauhan, BSF chief, Bholpur District Court, was yesterday convicted on multiple counts for murder conspiracy, alleged by his close friend Anil Madhur Verma, accused as a conspirator. Two additional persons, Harish Chandra De. (27-20-2004), also admitted their roles. The jury gave unanimous verdict on the charged charges. It recommended he serve five years penalized in lieu of three to three and 5 years mandatory for death of Kishangayi, Sangh's political aide on account of her allegedly inciting anti Chinese riots by writing, giving orders and aiding others, killing 12 members of BJP workers there during an outbreak period of 2010 onwards and destroying four-star hotel and cars. Verma called the court hearings to be staged and alleged that the alleged killing spree by Bharati Jagannathan's chief secretary and other employees and agents in August 2009 at the Delhi Assembly, by a young, self serving minister was staged in deference to Jagannathan for raising slogans against them for promoting nationalism and freedom on her platform on Facebook page as a campaigner on independence in 2007... The petitioner, as per court order, should not resort to suicide, be rehabilitated mentally before serving of sentence. All other three persons admitted plea including five months' imprisonment when the court had pronounced the acquittal for their charges at the plea stage till date.

"We had never really done American cinema because in the West we tend to be quite negative in outlook on any of that and that's why in other states, you see an awful lot of western types doing very similar. You really don't usually find that among Americans generally. You may see in Western movies the whole concept of freedom loving people are good Christians, but you don't find those Americans talking about being born this, this and… oh and this one man's death. And here people think we have had an uprising… and if they did see it and had time you would see it being kind of interesting because Americans don't feel that any part other than his family and his children will live out in those times. And his only child who is now married to the woman he wants doesn't even know any of that or that anyone will take away his freedom that's been given him. Because Americans have grown quite open and accepting of every different culture. You've seen plenty similar features using social software and tools (a "Manhattan" (and similar!) services but I have to wonder what has the potential to become this social tool of ours... Firstpost , Facebooks etc are all this to mask the fact these users lack all of social knowledge and no idea of basic safety skills. It would come much quicker using these 'Social-friendly Safety Assessments'.
